Transylvania Restaurant welcomes groups up to 125 persons for celebrations and business events. In some instances, these events require use of the entire restaurant. For your convenience, below are the dates that Transylvania Restaurant will be closed for private events or holidays. We can host Birthdays, Baby Showers, Bridal Showers, Graduations, Sweet 16, Christening Reception, Weddings, Anniversaries, Receptions, Business Meetings, Musical Performances, etc. The Facilities: Restaurant - Full Kitchen, Bar, Dining Room , Audio System and Lighting. GENERAL INFORMATION PLANING YOUR EVENT At Transylvania Restaurant the food and celebration go hand - in - hand. We are pleased you are considering having your next special event or private party at Transylvania Restaurant. We will put all of our experience and efficiency to work for you. MISCELLANEOUS CHARGES Guest are required to seek Transylvania's approval before bringing any outside food and beverages. Specialty cakes OK. FLOWERS & AUDIO SYSTEM NEEDS Transylvania Restaurant is pleased to assist you with any Audio system and/or Floral needs for your event, Linen, Chair Covers and Sashes, Table Runner. An additional fee will be added to your bill. GUEST COUNT A final confirmation of the numbers of guests that will be attending is needed by 11:00 AM, three business days prior to your event. GRATUITY & TAX CHARGES A service charge and applicable local taxes will be added to all food and beverages charges. PAYMENT POLICY Guest must pay 50% deposit on the day the party it`s booked, the remaining balance must be paid in full 5 days prior the event. CANCELLATIONS For parties booked for Friday, Saturday and Sunday, deposits are refundable up to 14 days prior your event. If a cancellation occurs within 7 days of the function, the deposit is forfeited.
